HomeCare Hands Will Fundraise and Walk to help End Alzheimer’s

At HomeCare Hands, we firmly believe that every step counts in the fight against Alzheimer's disease. As a company dedicated to providing compassionate care for individuals, especially those with Alzheimer's and their families, we understand the urgent need to support research and raise awareness about this devastating condition. That's why we are incredibly excited to announce that we will be participating in the Alzheimer’s Association’s Walk to End Alzheimer’s on October 15th, 2023 at Holyoke Community College!

Up until that time, we will also be hosting a few fundraising events, such as a lemonade stand, a boxed lunch event, a bake sale and scavenger hunt! First up and in a hurry, is our Lemonade Stand! We will have Lavender Lemonade and regular lemonade that we will be giving away in pouches for a donation of $5.00! Quench your thirst and help stamp out Alzheimer’s! Just as an FYI, for every dollar raised during these events will be dedicated to the Alzheimer’s Association to fund vital research initiatives focused on understanding, preventing, and ultimately finding a cure for Alzheimer's disease. With your support, we can empower researchers to uncover the mysteries of this condition, develop innovative treatments, and improve care for those living with Alzheimer's.

We will also shortly, be sharing a link on our website for donations to go to our soon-to-be-named team on the Alzheimer’s Association website so that donations can be given more directly. So whether you want simply donate, lemonade, a nice lunch, a sweet snack, a visual hunting adventure or would like to participate or cheer us on during the walk, we’d appreciate it and you’d help us, help to end Alzheimer’s forever!
